Surrogate Monitor Indicator

An indicator of whether a TSP (total suspended particulate) monitor serves as a surrogate monitor for PM-10.

Business Rules
--------------



Required for TSP monitors (e.g., if paramter code is 11101), not allowed for any other parameter.

Must be 'Y' or 'N'.

If parameter is 11101 and the monitor is a surrogate for PM-10, then submit the value Y.  Otherwise, submit N.
